Houston Aesthetician Network is brought to you by a group of volunteers who loves sharing information with fellow Aestheticians (and Aesthetic students) and Aesthetic Nurses that strive to learn and keep ahead of the game!
 
We invite you to come, join our meetings, learn about new products & procedures, while meeting others in the industry, whom you can share knowledge with...all the while having FUN!
 
There are no association fees. However, there are minimal charges to attend the some meetings.

Volunteers of HANA
 
Sharon K. Steele-Tran is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician with a passion for learning and teaching others about the necessities of  skin care. She has been a licensed and practicing aesthetician for over 6 years and has the privilege of working with nationally awarded, board certified plastic surgeon and cosmetic surgeons in the Houston area. She is trained and certified on several laser  platforms to perform laser hair removal, IPL, laser vein treatments, skin tightening and collagen  remodeling. She is also certified in and performs pre/post operative Dr. Vodder's manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, microdermabrasion, epidermal leveling, and a variety of different strength chemical peels.
Sharon is an active member of the Aesthetics International Association, &  Houston Aesthetician Network.
Sharon volunteers her time managing meetings, job postings, & webposts for Houston Aesthetician Network Association. She loves to assist others in the industry expand their horizons and keep up to date in the industry.
 
 
Wendy Reichert is a Licensed Clinical Esthetician with a passion for teaching and writing. She has earned a CIDESCO Diploma, the most prestigious international qualification in the field of esthetics. Wendy has had the privilege of working as a clinical esthetician at DermSurgery Laser Center, where she learned laser hair removal, microdermabrasion and chemical peels from renowned Dermatologist and Moh's surgeon, Dr. Leonard Goldberg, laser physician, Dr. Paul Friedman and senior Clinical Esthetician Angela Sweeney. She has also worked as a clinical esthetician at the Institute of Anti-Aging for Dr. Richard LeConey and Dana LeConey, where she added IPL treatments (FotoFacial), Endermologie and permanent cosmetics to her repertoire. Wendy (Face & Body Tools) provides consulting and teaches product use, esthetic technique and equipment use. Wendy also volunteers with Houston's local Estheticians' Network.
 
 
Bambi Scruggs is a Licensed Medical Esthetician. She has more than 18 years of experience in the skin care industry. In addition to being certified in Texas to perform laser procedures, Bambi regularly attends continuing education classes. Two years ago she partnered with Dr. Eric Rotherberg, a prominent plastic surgeon, to open ASA Skin Rejuvenation Clinic. At this facility they offer a full range of skin care treatments including laser, IPL, all strengths of chemical peels, fillers, Botox, waxing, collagen stimulation, Microdermabrasion, permanent cosmetics and corrective and cosmetic surgery. Bambi volunteers her time to help organize the Estheticians' Network meetings in Houston.
